San Fernando Valley Illegal Soap Box Federation. I got turned on to these videos via the HAMB and I've really begun looking forward to them. Besides the pure fun and silliness of it all, the videos are extremely well edited. In my opinion, this is what YouTube is all about...

I highly recommend watching the other races as well.
