The outcome is the part that helps the next person. A wall of complaints with no endings is just a wall of complaints.
What gets removed
- Anything naming or identifying an individual person. Name the company, not the bloke on the phone. This is the one we act on fastest.
- Phone numbers, emails or addresses of any person, including your own. Post your mobile here and you'll get scammed, not helped.
- Spam.
Published service numbers are fine — 13, 1300 and 1800 lines belong to organisations, so post the TIO or AFCA number all you like.
What this isn't
Nobody here is your lawyer, me included. This is people telling you what happened to them. Check anything that matters against the body that issued your notice, or a free legal service.
