Genuine question and the reason this forum exists.
The letter tool does one thing: it writes the letter. I want to know what happens after that, and what you're stuck on that I haven't built.
Things I already know are missing:
- No email when someone replies to you here
- No way to track a dispute across months
- Nothing that helps once you've been knocked back
