If you got somewhere, say what actually worked. Not "I complained and they fixed it" — what did you write, who did you send it to, and how long did it take?
And if it didn't work, post that too.
I mean this. Every consumer site on the internet is a highlight reel, and it leaves people thinking they're the only one who lost. Knowing that court election cost someone more than the fine is worth as much as knowing a review got someone's fine dropped.
Set the outcome badge on your thread when you know how it ended. You can change it later — a dispute that turns around three months on should be updated, not left sitting on Ongoing forever.
