Queensland SPER Fine Payment Plan

Queenslanders who've received a SPER enforcement order for an unpaid fine can set up a free payment plan to pay it off by instalments instead of in full.

Who qualifies

Anyone who has received a SPER enforcement notice for a Queensland fine, or another person authorised to act on behalf of the order holder, who accepts and complies with the plan's terms and conditions.

Eligibility, quoted from the source

“You can pay a SPER debt by payment plan if you: received a SPER enforcement notice; are another person authorised to act on behalf of the order holder; accept and comply with the terms and conditions.”

How to claim

  1. Check you have received a SPER enforcement notice, not just the original infringement notice
  2. Gather your SPER enforcement order and your client number or party ID
  3. Log in to SPER Online, or call 1300 365 635, to set up a payment plan
  4. Pay by direct debit, Centrepay, Mastercard or Visa -- there is no cost to set up the plan
