Fines Victoria payment plan (instalments)
Victorians with an outstanding fine may be eligible to pay it off by instalments instead of all at once, based on an assessment of the amount owed, income, financial status, payment history and hardship.
Who qualifies
Individuals or companies with an outstanding Victorian fine, except: an individual whose 7 Day Notice has expired or who waived its 7-day period; a company whose property has been seized under an enforcement warrant, or whose director has become a declared director; a court fine issued by or registered with the Children's Court; a criminal warrant to arrest or a warrant to seize property issued against you after a hearing in open court; a civil warrant for money owed; an enforcement warrant for not reporting to a community corrections centre as required by a community work permit; or a warrant to imprison.
