Tips from the inside

Some of what companies do to customers is a mistake. Some of it is a policy someone wrote down. If you have seen the second kind from the inside, we want to know.

What happens to what you send

· It is never published as it arrives. This is not an anonymous wall of accusations.
· A person reads it. If it stands up, it becomes something we investigate and source independently before anything goes out.
· We do not log your IP address or browser on this page — unlike everywhere else on the site.
· Contact details are optional. A tip we cannot follow up is still worth having.

A word of caution, meant genuinely: think about your employment contract and any confidentiality obligations before you send anything. Describe practices, not documents. Nothing here is legal advice, and we cannot promise you protection from your employer — only that we will not publish your words as a claim in themselves, and that we do not keep a record of who visited this page.
