What we track

  • TIO quarterly complaint data

Telco complaints by provider, updated each quarterly release, with quarter-on-quarter movement.

  • AFCA complaint statistics

Financial services complaints by firm, from AFCA’s published data cube, driving our leaderboard.

  • Consumer wins on the record

Amounts recovered by users of this site, self-reported and marked as such. We never present these as regulator data.

Firm-level financial complaint rankings: the leaderboard → with its methodology →

Methodology, in one paragraph

We restate figures exactly as published by the regulator or ombudsman, link the source document on every page, and never interpolate, estimate, or model missing numbers: if a figure was not published, we show nothing rather than a guess. User-submitted win amounts are kept strictly separate from regulator data and are always labelled as self-reported. If you find a figure on this site that does not match its source document, tell us and we will correct it publicly.

Working on a story?

We can pull provider-level or firm-level complaint numbers, quarter-on-quarter trends, and industry comparisons on request, with source links for every figure. Same-day replies on weekdays.
